We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about creating products that customers love. You’ll be expected to push the boundaries of what’s possible in a mobile app, while sharing in our (healthy) obsession with quality and attention to detail.

As a Product Manager, you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next product innovation, to working directly with designers and engineers to implement features.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products that deliver Colu's vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer and merchant experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share, improve user experience, and drive growth
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Work hands-on with designers and engineers to implement and build new features that meet our standards of simplicity and quality
  • Run our agile process by building a backlog, leading the standups, etc.
  • Drive product launches including working with marketing team, executives, and other team members
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Represent the company by engaging members, soliciting feedback on company products and services.

Requirements

  • Smart, very smart - you should have an in depth and nuanced understanding of how people and businesses operate
  • Ability to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
  • 4+ years of proven working experience in product management, specifically in leading mobile-consumer products in an agile startup environment
  • 4+ years of experience in technical architecture of mobile applications
  • 4+ years experience creating examples through wireframes and mockups
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Experience developing market place products, technologies and platforms is strongly desired
