Responsibilities

  • Product Operations: setting goals, designing and evaluating experiments monitoring key product metrics, understanding root causes of changes in metrics, building and analyzing dashboards and reports
  • Data Infrastructure: authoring pipelines, building key data sets to empower operational and exploratory analysis, automating analyses
  • Exploratory Analysis: proposing what to build in the next roadmap, understanding ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends, identifying levers to help move key metrics
  • Data Leadership: influence how data is used in Colu and help shape our data driven culture
  • Economic modeling - test economic models of growth and expansion of local communities using existing users data, develop methodologies to evaluate risk and incentives to participants in the network

Requirements

  • Have minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a similar data analyst role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a specialist (advisory role), reporting directly to the executive management
  • Monitoring of legal and regulatory requirements as well as monitoring of internal procedures and rules

Responsibilities

  • Perform risk assessments to understand the level, significance and scope of risk
  • Keep up to date with, and understand, relevant laws and regulations
  • Monitor compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies
  • Apply for licenses as required by law in the various jurisdictions, including but not limited to E-Money(in the EU)/Financial Services Provider/Money Transmitter or equivalent, DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) Operator/Cryptocurrency Exchange or equivalent where applicable.
  • Ensure that your findings are recorded and followed up with business functions and management so that issues can be rectified
