We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and lead several activities around growth, analytics, marketing automation and content. The person in this role will report to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for executing the global marketing strategy including branding, communications and user acquisition efforts. This role requires a wide set of marketing capabilities and proven experience with data analysis, marketing automation, growth tactics, content and social media.

This is a hands on role – the marketing manager will work with local community managers to improve and optimize their marketing efforts in addition to being expected to create deliverables on their own.

Responsibilities
  • Data Tracking on multiple platforms with the ability to identify trends and come up with creative solutions. Use analysis of campaigns, funnels and purchase patterns to find opportunities for growth
  • Creating and managing email campaigns for user acquisition, activation and retention
  • Website management - analytics, optimization for lead generation and overall communications
  • Build, manage and analyze push notification campaigns via marketing automation tools
  • Blog management - managing content calendar and reviewing/editing content coming from local community managers
  • App Store optimization and tracking (familiarity with AppAnnie/Sensortower a plus)
  • Oversee and help manage the go-to-market planning and execution of new product releases and communities
  • Manage the company’s global social media presence, including, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube and additional channels that may be deemed relevant

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media & Content Marketing Expert to join our growing London team. The right candidate must have strong social media background and be a master with words and local trends.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a social media marketing plan for our activity in London.

This position is a part time position (20-30 hours weekly)

Responsibilities
  • Manage content creation and the company blog, including:
    • Writing weekly blog posts
    • Conducting interviews and sourcing out content by going out and speaking to customers and business owners
    • Creating visual content to support the blog posts
    • Creating the weekly newsletter, generating engaging and exciting content
    • Coming up with content ideas to support retention
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities, including:
    • Developing relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers
    • Creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video and written)
    • Monitoring, listening and responding to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads
    • Developing and expanding community and/or influencer outreach efforts
  • Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
Requirements
  • Marketing degree is welcome but not required in case of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated creativity and documented content immersion in social media (be prepared to provide examples)
  • Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones (again, be ready to be tested)
  • A deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them online
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
  • Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical one
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.)
